It seems TymeBank has issues whenever there are refunds due to their customers, you people are *****ing our money and have the audacity to claim yourselves as the bank of the future when you can't even process simple things. I've been waiting for a refund due to me to clear for more than 2 weeks and everytime I get different stories from your *********** call center staff. Ive sent all the details to your card services email with the receipts and everything, spoke to your Twitter robots , who promised that the "team" will get back to me and still today I have no ref number for my case nor an acknowledgement of my email. One of your staff today claimed the money might be stuck in your reserves 🤣🤣 wow you guys are incredible and honestly don't deserve that NCR accreditation because you're trash 🚮. All I want is my money back and while you're at it close down this ponzi scheme you call a bank
