******** using Tyme Bank Accounts

An account holder of Tyme Bank is using my company name to **** people by taking holiday bookings. I have called Tyme Bank 3 times only to be told to email all the information and the matter would be escalated. I emailed Tyme Bank 4 times but they have not responded to a single email of mine. They just continue to allow this person to **** people despite knowing about the situation. I have had several people pitch up to one of my holiday apartments after traveling from afar only to realize they have been ****med because they have no accommodation.
