****med R16000.00 by Tyme Bank helpdesk

On the 23 April my bank account was de*****ed with several transactions which amount to R16000.00.R2000,R5000.00,R7000.00 airtime worth R1000.00 twice.Tyme Bank ***** department are refusing to refund me as they claim that my pin/password was used. I gentleman who de*****ed my account has once helped me whereby the money I sent to my sister couldn't reach her. He assisted me until my sister got her money and at that time there was enough money for him to ***** but he didn't.Tyme Bank is accusing me of negligence but I never shared my pin with anyone not even my wife has an access to my account.
