Am so disappointed with Tyme Bank.

I opened an acc with them for the purpose of saving for my kids. I deposited a total amount of R2900. 00 in less than 15 days of openningtheacc with that amount my acc was *****ed. I reported the matter to Tyme Bank and open an case. They get back to me and tell me that they can't pay my money back as the person who took the money used my details. I asked them how they told me may be they ****med me via sms I don't remember that and the acc I think was less than 15 day if am counting well. Can you please intervene Peter 2900 it's not a child's play its a lot. I believe that Tyme Bank is a big *******.
