I had strangers accessing my tymebank account and helping themselves with thousands of rands from my account, I registered a case number with the SAPS, the bank and mobile company. Tyme bank promised to resolve the matter in 7 days. 18 days later still no outcome and struggling to get hold of the investigating officer and the manager. I had to give credit to Caroline who made contact with me on Thursday and called me back on Friday with some progress. I am still waiting for resolution form Tyme bank. The service received has left a sour taste on my mouth. I WI not advise anuone to invest or bank with Tyme bank
