Sanlam tyme advance through Tymebank is headache you shouldn't relia on why not told us if the are changes on the product house than sending us from pillar to post
Why not close this Sanlam advance if there's no money to give us? It the 4th day today as from day one opening I've been qualifying for R349 that is not even 25% of my daily rate I made a call on Thursday for almost 45 minutes a lady was assisting me told me to go back to my HR payroll because they're are the one who give limit, Friday I call HR being told to call Tymebank as it their products so who's exactly is in charge of this product? Where should we sent our disappointed and disactifaction? If the qualifying criteria state of 50% of your daily rating but you are given less than 25% without explanation and no one needs to give us proper answer should we continue using the service some of we are not commission earners but this Advance money flatuate and no one brave enough to tell me who decided how much I should get and why today it 4th day but I have qualified for a 1 day rating on 4th day by the time it closing on the 9th day I would accumulated R2400 yet the previous months it R5800 if ever therl are changes aren't we supposed to be notified as client? Should we be sent from pillar to post wasting more money on calls and our precious time to be told ho back to your employer and the employer telling us go back to product owner, Friday afternoon I called again Tymebank and Lady told me ho back to your payroll the problem is not with us we allocate according to a lump sum given to us my problem started the the 1st Lady tolde your payroll give us your limit and the second lady told your payroll give us lump sum for all staff since we are on different pay rate how do you know how much I am qualifying? Who set up that R349 limit for me definitely ot can't be for all of us as our rate are not the same

As from Thursday the 3rd querying this with mo answers I am asking myself if the employer give tymbank the monthly lumpsum limit how did you know each individual must get this much because all employees are on different rate who decided myself I must be given 25% yet I have an employer explanation that's say 50% not up to 50% but strictly 50% I need this money to buy my baby medication and formula resolve this agent
