Salary not reflecting for a month and counting

Its been a month and my salary is not reflecting in my account. My salary was first deposited on 27 August 2021 and after 5 days without reflecting I called to enquire and was told it was rejected because my account has reached the maximum limit allowed (which i was not aware of). I was told to upgrade and get it to be reprocessed. I upgraded and now have a maximum of R700k. The payment was then re-processed on 2 September and I got the notification from FNB. To date (23 Sept 2021) then money hasnt come through. My employer says FNB said the money was cleared from their side so its with Tyme Bank. Tyme Bank is saying they havent received anything, its with FNB. My employer says the money was not put back into his account so I do not know where my R25k is. This was my second salary. I received the first salary with no problem. I have received other payments into the same account with no problem. I have spoken to numerous agents and each time my case is marked as closed yet nothing has been resolved. I get promises of being called back but have not received a single call.
