Sadly complaint

Hello Peter my name is Thembelihle Ngcobo I have a problem here I tried to solved it but no one helped me, someone sent money by mistake on my TymeBank account and I never noticed earlier that time, than they froze my account without contacting me, please I need a very big help in this matter as this wasn’t my mistake.
