Running out of "Tyme"

I am currently going through a divorce and as seen on bank statements have been selling furniture to keep my children ND I alive. A deposit was made in the 13th which I thought nothing of as money has been deposited continuously, because I live in a town where there is no pick n pay or boxer I Tra sferred the money to my mom to have easier access. My salary was paid into my account and being just before Christmas as a single parent, I need that money I was now told by a TymeBank agent that they cannot release the payment because they apparently deposited the money that was meant for October now in December and sorry for the inconvenience but they won't release the funds until they do whatever needs to be done and so sorry for the inconvenience but I won't have access to my salary till they figure it out. Seriously, before Christmas? Do they have the authority to hold my money back without even calling to explain the situation before now? My bank statements clearly show that I have been selling my furniture so I honestly saw nothing irregular and if the bank made this mistake should they not have physically consulted with me? "tyme" for a new bank perhaps?
