Runaway from TymeBank, if you value your money and your time

TymeBank is the worst bank ever, I made a withdrawal of from capitec ATM R1200 money came out of my account but the ATM said transaction declined. I have the receipt which shows it declined, I called the call centre after 10minutes of wait time a call was logged and I am being told it will take 35 days to investigate and I must pay R60 investigation fee. Why do I have to pay investigation fee and pay R20 withdrawal fee for money I did not get. The companies do not want us to swipe with TymeBank cards and we are forced to withdraw and now I lost 1200, I can really cannot wait for 35 days for investigation. I used to think this is a good bank, I will take my money to another bank.
