Runaway from this bank

This is the most terrible bank I’ve ever came across. On Wednesday 1st September 2021 I went to an atm to withdraw money and I couldn’t. I then went to the nearest Pick n Pay at Mall @ Carnival and my card declined. I then asked one of the ladies working there she said Tyme Bank system is offline. Imagine on the 1st of the month. I had to borrow money and buy bread yet I had money in my TymeBank account. What an embarrassing moment. Everyone looking at me returning the things that I needed.

Same day I tried sending someone money and the person never got the voucher by sms but money was deducted from my bank account.

I called TymeBank regarding the voucher and I was told they will investigate and come back to me after 48hrs.

After I get my money back from TymeBank that was deducted I’m leaving this bank. Terrible bank ever.

I wouldn’t even recommend my friends and family to use this bank.
