Run! don't even think about Tymebank they have no customer service and also no Accessible branches. HIGH RISK! STAY AWAY!

So I recently opened an Everyday Bank Account with Tymebank and I deposited some money into my account . When I tried to make an online payment it didn't work and then I went to an ATM to try withdraw the money I couldn't get my money they said I should contact my Bank. Tymebank is very risky already with no branches accessible stay away from them to not have sleepless nights abt your money. Been sending messages on whatsapp and getting no responses, calling them u will wait for over an hour and still no be able to reach them . Don't Risk your money they are unreachable and the worst customer service ever which is non existent.
