RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF

I called TYME BANK this morning to have an incorrect debit reveresed, I spoke to Xoliswa who refused to give me her surname. I failed my security check. apparently i dont know my "NAME AND SURNAME, DATE OF BIRTH AND EMAIL ADDRESS". she obviously had my info incorrectly and when i questioned this, she refused to help me further. I asked literally more than 10 times to speak to a manager and she refused. i was getting no help from her whatsoever. She eventually hung up on me. this is the kind of service you get from tyme bank. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DONT JOIN TYME BANK AS THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL AND HAVE SOME REALLY DUMB PEOPLE WORKING FOR THE,

I WANT MY DEBIT REVERSED AND MY BANK ACCOUNT CLOSED!!!
