Rude and obnoxious ambassador

I wanted to open my new TymeBank account and the "ambassador" helping me was extremely rude, she picked a fight with me even after I asked her not shout at me or keep arguing with me, all because I wanted clarity on why my husband already opened an account without any R50 and was adviced that it was still possible to deposit the R50 when he has it yet I was told that same procedure was impossible. Is TymeBank hiring stressed people or are they underpaying they're employees? I'm extremely stressed and need that account
