******* of a Bank

I opened a business account with TymeBank and when I requested a bank statement from them on my business account it’s came back without the company name , I called in 3 times and no one could assist me, I am on a call with them now and requested to speak so a supervisor or team leader and I have been holding for 28:13. I can’t even view my business account on the app, and they are telling me it’s because I use an iPhone, seriously can that be an excuse. If TymeBank does not send me that account statement I am going to loose a lot of money, 😭
