Its the most horrible bank ever. I made an online payment to Dstv and there was a technical error. My money went off from my account, Dstv said they did not receive the money. I followed up with Tymebank they investigating now for 3 weeks. No feedback from them i have to call all the time. I then get a sms saying case resolved, what does that mean no one called me to tell me what the result was .All i wanted was proof that it was paid . They say i cant give proof of payment accept the bank statement. Dstv is refusing the bank statement. Tymebank is not interested in their customers. I had to pay Dstv again the same amount. I am now the looser of my own money as no one can proof to me where the money went. ******* Bank
