Reversed funds

I am so disappointed by this bank. I paid an EFT to Unisa the money bounced back and I received an email from Unisa immediately, notifying me that they won't take the money since they don't use this bank. Reading reviews I hoped that my money was going to reflect on my account since reversed. On day 8 I phoned and to my surprise I never got help because of having to wait Antilles the airtime finishes. The service is not what I expected.
