Reverse with Tymebank

I was trying to reverse a payment made to a *****ulent VUMA account, Called them last night and the Bidvest Bank said they will help with reversing the transaction I just must call my Bank Tymebank to coordinate the reversal called my bank in the morning first call send they will call me bank and second the rep said the don't do reversals when its an immediate transfer issues me with a closure of the case ID PI-***.
