REVERSE DEBIT ORDERS

I called in on Thursday this week to reverse my debit orders for the last 3 months as I am not working and was on sick leave. The companies who debited like legal wise, bidvest and king price are aware of this but they still debited and its not impossible for tyme bank to reverse these debit orders. Ive done so in the past. Can someone please help me reverse my debit orders. I need money to live cause Im not working now.
