Reversal of funds

I have had the worst experience in the past 2 weeks. I made a transfer from my TYME account to an Fnb account on the 24.08.19 and they receipent didn't receive the funds. Thus I issued a reversal as of the 26.08.19. That is when the, sorry for my language, the **** show started. Every single excuse you could hear, I have gotten from them. The wrong turn around time and all the promises you can think of as well. I have gone to every branch and even their head office and I have not gotten my matter resolved nor even correspondence in communication besides the numerous calls I make to them everyday. What's even frustrating is when I issue a follow up the previous contact or escalation then my grievence was not logged. So I have lost all faith in my bank however I need some sort of external help to have my money back into my account. As I have given them 8 working days to have this matter resolved however nothing has been sorted. Please help. My ref number for my query is RT-298.
