Reversal

They took my money on 30 Oct 2023 and I was promised it will be refunded back by 06 Nov which it never happened instead all what they do they only tell me stories. There was a problem with their banking app which I was trying to purchase electricity and it made multi transactions and they don't even want to account still they telling stories. Clearly this is no bank that you can trust.
