Reopening my tyme bank account

Hi. I would like to raise my concern with tyme bank, they close my account without consulting me, there was a money which was deposited into my account in June, The money was from my one of my clients it was not a froud. Tyme bank consultant told me it was reported as a ***** by Capitec bank, which I've already sorted with Capitec bank and they reopened my account but still tyme didn't open my account. I've already emailed the affidavit they've requested but still no response from them.
