Regrets

I regret opening an account with this bank, I have been calling requesting for the tax certificate for my 2 accounts since from July, to submit my tax return. I only get sms that the request have been logged but no feedback

I don't know what else to do. Since they don't have a branch, I need the tax certificates so I can close my accounts after.
