Registration number
I have been trying to change my registration number on my Tymebank app for over a month now .I have been contacting the call centre since November 1st so I can change the number and access my account so I can use it effectively again to no assistance.The calls centre agent either refers me to self service portal or just hang up after verification.Its so upsetting because I want to get my confirmation of account for my new job but am unable to get help and I need it by the 30th so I can use to no help.This is so upsetting as I don't want to use another bank but now am left with no option but to jump ship
