Refunds with TymeBank unsatisfactory

I am disappointed in the service of having to get a refund with this bank. I have banked with them for almost 3 years now, but each time I get a validated refund I have to struggle with reams of emails back and forth - as a client - trying to convince the support that I am due my money back. And the process is lengthy. This is not very great customer service.
