refund not reflecting 57 days later.

Was going well with Tymebank until you cancel something and you have to get refunded from a service provider. Cancelled with Godaddy on the 08 August. Service provide processed my refund and sent me proof that they processed refund on the 09 august and advised within 14 days the money will reflect into my account. Called Tymebank sent through the proof Service Provider sent me and still waiting and it's been 57 days now. everytime I call support I am told the case is still open. I am talking about R3000+
