Refund not paid on my account it's 4 months now

I am asking for help I don't know how many times I have 🐝 writing for tymbank and they keep in making empty promises they keep on lying on the 30 of my I got a refund from Takealot till today my money is not reflecting on my account this tymbank said I must give them 29 days they would resolve the issue that was in June Iafter then they keep saying they will send case never don't know for how long now they have started ignoring my text they no longer respond to my tax I need my money I not working I don't really know what's the reason of them holding my refund this is really frustrating I'm even more frustrating cause they don't even have a branch when will I get my money
