I send a dispute for money back at tymebank im still waiting for a feedback this bank that it doesn't even have a branch i wont advice ppl to bank with tyme bank i regret myself putting my money to this bank can you please send me the number for their complains department as their investigation officer are useless.

21 Jan 2022, 15:30Its long overdue its been more than a month still investigating the matter give me the details of that person who de*****ed me into my account for me to sort him/her out in African language because I cannot loose my hard cash so easly or i will use my brother who is working for Khehla sithole will deal with him/her because 23700 its a lot of money you can't pick up on the street

24 Jan 2022, 23:57I have just receive a message that Tymebank won't refund me back my money i am still saying give me the details of that person who de*****ed me his/her personal information and i will close this account i dont need anything that has to do with Tymebank and please send me the reason why am i not refunded i will deal with issue myself you are such a *********** people including your investigators please put in writing why i am my not refunded my 23700 and this is not the only platform i will use to complain and discourage people and my family to close their account with stupid bank
