REALLY POOR SERVICE

I am not at all happy with the service received , I have requested Tymebank to trace a payment made from ABSA bank to them (with the incorrect reference) and they have failed to call me back for THREE days. When you want to speak to accounts or treasury team they do not have phone to actually call you back,
