Re-Opening account

TymeBank is the worst, opened an account and shortly after got ****med and R200 was ****** from my account reported the matter and an investigation was launched, which resulted in a loss for me and the case was closed. Nevertheless, I learned my lesson not to click on links in SMS's. Now I want to unblock my account and continue using it, Boy o Boy, is it a hassle, I have struggling for 2 months now just to get the account active again, numerous calls and sometimes the treat me as if I am the one that stole my R200 from my account. I given up, dont want the account anymore, but it became a challenge, I wanted to see if I will eventually succeed in activating the account again, so I started calling every second day with literally every call ending with a promise of "we'll call you back" which never happens.
