RE-FICA

This things of RE-FICA is giving me a problem I have been up and down going to kiosk and trying with my phone but still I cannot RE-FICA it’s been long now I’m not using my account because of RE-FICA and they are not able to help me,I have been calling Tymebank regarding this they keep on saying they will resolve this matter and it’s been long ,please Tymebank if you are not able to help with this I suggest to close my account permanently and stop being useless
