Random debit hold /account blocked for no valid reason at all

Tyme bank randomly blocks my personal account they just put a debit hold for no apparent reason and then they would call to confirm if it’s me who is using account and I’m usually just transfering from business to personal. They have done it again and remember they don’t a branch I went to retail stores that they work with and I was told to call a number that finishes airtime while on hold.I would like Tyme bank to remove debit hold or just close their accounts in my name because it is a useless bank and service is poor. People one day you will wake up with accounts at zero and unable to get through or get answers from tymebank
