R2400 JUST MISSING

I am very unhappy i send my wife R2400 from my tyme bank account to her Absa account on 12Feb 2024 and i did make it immediately available it went off from my tymebank account and she did received a email for proof of payment but the money never show in her account this is the second time that tyme bank take money from us i think this bank can close down i need that money urgent and now they took it
