R116 charges for an EFT reversal

I sent an EFT to a wrong bank. Instead of sending to Capitec I sent it to CITIBANK. I was told to wait 24hrs the money will reverse automatically, if it doesn’t then I must forget. But if it does come back they will charge me R116 😳 what in the name of day light ******* is that? That is a lot of money to charge for a mere mistake.
