Quick shout out to Sheila Shabangu from Tyme who handled my KYC update efficiently and in the friendliest manner. No one likes admin calls, but Sheila was great. I've chosen 4 stars instead of 5 because it took a good few days to reply to my email request, but thereafter it was quick and painless.
