QUERY UNANSWERED - maximum amount for new fixed deposit

I sent an email asking what the maximum amount one can have in the new fixed deposit option. No reply after 3 days when they state they will have around 24hrs turnaround. I had another query sent a day after the above and it was answered. DOESN’T ANYONE KNOW the answer in Tymebank ?
