Query bring ignored

I opened a ***** case beginning of February. I submitted all the documents required (Case number and Affidavit) on the 4th of Fenruary and the SAPS submitted the Section 205 on the 8th of March. almost 3 months later I have not heard anything. I tried making follow ups, I keep getting told that I will be contected but nothung happens.I cannot go throgh to the subpoena department. no contact details, Cant even get directed to that department even if I call the main line. the investigation officer is even getting impatient and ready to close my case because Tyme bank is not doing anything

this is such a frustrating process
