***** purchase on card

I have been with TymeBank for more than three years, on saturday 3 February 2024 I requested a new card with Pick n Pay Cosmocity kiosk of Thyme bank. O thursday a purchase of R13.00 was done in Witbank of airtime and immediately blocked the card. The bank card was in my possession in Johannesburg. Reported the ***** same day and was given reference number GFD-137477 on the 8/1/2024. On 12/02 received a message for Tymebank to say my case was declined because my card was used and inserted at that transaction. Between my transaction in the day and second one in the afternoon Tymebank says i drove to witbank and by R13 rand airtime and come back to claim *****.
