Promoter of ******** and **********

On Tuesday I purchased a phone online. I was given a TymeBank account number. Upon entering the account, my app notified me tht the name name entered is not the rightful account holder

I contacted TymeBank gave them the account number explained my case and requested that they give me the correct name for the account. Their response was "We are not at liberty to give out personal information". After responding tht thy promote ***** and ******** they ignored me. I eventually paid only to discover later that I'm ****med.

Should TymeBank confirmed the details upon giving them the account number I wouldn't have been ****med. TymeBank is a promoter of ******** and **********. At my bank upon entering an accountant the name of the rightful account holder appears.

They are consultants are rude and have no telephone etiquette. I feel sorry for your clients. TymeBank is a hur disappointment. I jus needed them to confirm this account number ***. Urgency and dilligency does not apply by that bank.
