Promises that weren't met

Hi ,I have called several times I was Highjacked and forced to block my account little did I know that blocking the account doesn't do anything besides allow nobody to get into the account, all the debit orders and payments go off ,I got my salary paid into the account ,doesn't help if I can't get into the account have been calling for 2 weeks to get it unblocked none of the assistants can help me and every time they refer me to the ***** department, I get sent back to an automated message and always end up with a call assistant that can't help me and keeps referring me to the automated message ,4 times I tried calling same thing happens not very happy ,I got through to a assistant and they gave me a case number saying the request will be resolved and they would let me know on the progress, have not yet had a report back and the issue has not been resolved .
