Profile blocked and still waiting for them to unblock

I’ve opened an account with TymeBank to test their capabilities - I wanted to move my salary to them but I deposited some money into the account and they blocked my profile. I know this is a ***** prevention. But I mailed them my proof of payment and I am still waiting 2 days later to access my account. What if this is my primary card - I would be blocked out of my account. Still waiting for them to open my profile.
