Problems with purchases with Tymebank acc

I'm typing this on behalf of my fiance. He doesn't know how to do these type of things. He opened a tymebank account about a month ago or so. He however can't swipe the card or pay at online machines. His card is loaded on my Uber and it doesn't work either. It has been week 2 .how can this be fixed. I can provide his contact number privately. I am capitec so now he needs to make immediate payments to pay at online machines. Thank you.
