***** problem

Hi am Nombulelo I have a problem with Tyme bank I missed one number while I was sending money to some one I called them to let them know they the money will be reversed in 3-7 days yes it been reverse in that 3 days around 02:00 I was amazed around 7:38 the money was out n it bought one voucher of R1599 but by that time I was sick was in the clinic when the money goes out so can I please help about this
