Again!!! This bank is truly unprofessional!!! This bank is slowing becoming a ****..they out of nowhere decide to deactivate my account , this time I really have no clue for what!!!! And then I call them several times and they all claim to call back but no even once!!!! I left my number and everything but not once!!! Damn, tymebank is slowing becoming a ****. My reference number for the case is " US-145782 " if they see me worthy of assisting.

29 Aug 2022, 16:45I'm gonna write again to the ombudsman banking services as they help me with you guys, if this case is not resolved within 7 days then I'm reporting tymebank to the ombudsman banking services once again . My case number is "US-145782"

30 Aug 2022, 12:25As told by your telephonic help line, tymebank should take its non-branch condition serious because it means it should really make it a serious pririoty to keep us satisfied through virtual communication but it seems like we as clients must beg to be helped whereby its a non-branch bank...telephonic communication is the only reach to this bank but it fails to make such....several claims from different tymebank agents claim to call me but its 3days now..one agent even said I should drop my call to save my airtime and they will call me just after I drop my call and its been over 24hours waiting for that call...tymebank you are really not reliable.
