Poorest bank EVER.

I have been trying to transfer money from my 'goal save' account to my transactional account but every time I am told of an error. When I swipe my card for purchases, 9 out of 10 times the transaction is declined but the money gets debited from my account. I can't even update my contact number so I can transfer the money to another bank. This bank is pathetic. I am closing this account as soon as I get my money back.
