Poor system, normal EFT transaction method is trash!!!

I have been using tymebank for quite some time. I normally transact using immediate EFT and money reflects almost immediately. On the 27 Feb 2024 I decided to transfer using normal EFT since I was not in a rush for the money so i was not worried about having to wait longer, as the app said normal EFT takes up to two days since it's free. I got the shock of my life when 2 days plus the weekend passed and nothing in my account😳😲😡🤔!!! I called last week Wednesday on 06/03/2024 to raise my query and a case was lodged. Today 11/03/2024 I received feedback that my account was credited on 27/02/2024, funny because their app said normal EFT takes up to two days to clear, so how then could I have received that money on the 27th, same day made the "normal" EFT transaction?? I transferred money again to my account using immediate EFT to the same account yesterday 10/03/2024 and it came through immediately, to prove that I had been transferring money to the same account all along. So it is clear that tymebank's normal EFT transaction method is trash and should be considered null and void, I am very upset and I want my money. I will not agree to close this case because that would mean I admit to making a mistake, whereas it's their transaction method that lost my money, I need that money back, I will take this as far I have to, and then leave them afterwards, I don't recommend this bank to anyone who is thinking of joining them!!!!!
