Poor services

I fail to understand how Tymbank consultants like Magret dont know how to use their PC infront if them,at the beginning of this month i updated my banking details at the nearest Pick n Pay in Bloemfontein,and now it seems like my old number was not closed and someone has send the money to my account using my òld number last night,so Tymbank consultants dont know how to reverse the money to my new number i am very much disappointed on how this matter is been handled by Tymbank...From Pulane Nakane in Bloemfontein.
