Poor service tyme is trash

I’m really not impressed . I use this bank as a secondary bank I haven’t used it for months and when I tried to log in I realised the verification number linked to my account is an old number so I called customer care first agent tells me to go to pick n pay . The second agent verified me and told me it would take 24 hours it’s been 24 hours *** is going on ? It can’t be that hard on my Absa app I can change a verification number myself in under 10 seconds . I’m so ****ing annoyed
