POOR SERVICE TYME BANK

I reported an unauthorized transaction on my account on the 21st of April 2023. I received a sms from them stating that I will receive feedback within 5 working days. After numeours unanswered telephone calls some as long as an hour, I received a sms from them on the 9th of May 2023 that :your dispute is under investigation feedback will be provided by latest 09/06/2023 This is totally pathetic service delivery and the fact that you cannot event email them is the pits. THEY HAVE DEFFINTLY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER AND I WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY.
