Poor service they are very selfish

Hello Peter please help me .there's nothing ******* that i did into my account and i changed my salary to tymebank now they have hold my account I can't do anything my kids are hungry my salary it's in that account they didn't tell me I tried to call them many times but they don't answer their phones including emails pls help me
